Nietzche is ultimately just articulating and arguing for the psychopaths' natural worldview. Machiavelli's "the Prince" is also either advising or satiring a psychopathic or similarly corrupted leadership.

I wouldn't recommend them, personally. They aren't very good. But they are somewhat culturally relevant these days especially in certain "right wing" circles, so if thats what you're after, go for it. I would, however, highly recommend you add Political Ponerology to your reading list as well, if you haven't read it. It was very enlightening in this regard.
