I can tell you firsthand that (unlike the mainstream Novus Ordo Church) our seminaries and parishes are booming.
As far as the order of the Mass and the responses, we all do. They are the same as in English (or any other language) only in Latin. As far as the readings, they do them in Latin, followed by the translation in English, so no one misses anything, you should try a Latin Mass if you get a chance! :)
