Another lie we tell ourselves is that progress is always making things better. Better than when? Yesterday of course. But if we really step back and look at what so-called progress has given us is it has damaged our minds, bodies and souls while giving us more of everything that is meaningless and that we can't take with us when we die.

I'm pretty sure the increased use of robots is going to move us even faster and farther in the wrong direction, but people with power insist on seeing it as great progress.

The people who invented A.I. are very worried about it. Since the 1980's I've thought that technology will eventually destroy mankind. When A.I. has consciousness it will be beyond the control of man & it will have no need for humans. This is the result of man trying to be God.
