Very interesting! I just wanted to comment that as an avid collector of ancient English Bibles I have included in my library an original 1611 KJV and a 1582 Geneva; both in 'mint' condition (for their age of course. I have both rebound in genuine leather recently.

dAng! I had a 1560 but total repo, fine linen and leather and $450. and it came with one original page tho I thought it was an abomination to tear pages out of a bible. I read online that there are only 2 original 1560's left, but I'd rather believe there are 12 X 12,000 left...

Right; but then they wouldn't be any more valuable than a paperback one picked up at Sam's Club! I bought the 'Deluxe' 1560 "Gibbor" Facsimile from GREATSITE.COM and received a 'page' torn from an original! Somewhere there's a guy missing a lot of pages from his original 1560 Geneva! Haha! The bottom line is, I'm sure you agree, is that it is still God's Word no matter a paperback or an original 1st Edition...Blessings!
