My faith often gets integrated into the writings that I do here, because it’s a huge part of who I am, and it informs the way that I think. However, until now, I have never publicly explained my reasons for converting to the Catholic Church, nor how that came about. I decided that it was time to change that. In the video below, I describe my conversion, and I also take the opportunity to answer the questions that I have collected from those of you who sought specific information.

Thank you for posting this, Sarah! Must admit I almost shed a tear or two, reminding me of a beatuiful prayer from the Roman Missal (1962):
ALMIGHTY and most merciful God, Who, to quench the thirst of Thy people, didst draw a fountain of living water out of a rock, draw from our stony hearts tears of compunction, that we may be able to mourn for our sins and win forgiveness for them by Thy mercy. Through our Lord.
Quite interesting, Sarah; thank you. I feel you speak in an old-school, polite and refined way. Warms the heart, I must say. : )
