Sarah...now I know why I haven't seen you at Mass. Having grown up with TLM and experiencing it in Los Angeles, I do miss it. I would like to go with you one Sunday. Let's chat. Excellent article.

"Banned." Not by a government. Not by some tin-pot dictatorship. Not by some local gangster. Not by some socialist regime... No.... by the Church itself. I believe people need to seriously think about that. All those masses for hundreds of years... were they heresy? Who banned this? I repeat... it wasn't the anti-catholic villains of some Overlord's cabal... it was the anti-catholics in the Catholic Church itself.

The hatred of Christ and His Catholic Church has never ended but the hatred of both by those who infiltrated it to try to destroy Catholicism culminated in the Second Vatican Council. The purpose of the council was to condition Catholics to accept the Freemasonic lies that have taken hold throughout Christendom to usher in the reign of the Antichrist. Satan knows that for that to occur the papacy has to be destroyed and the worship of Christ has to end and be replaced by the worship of man and demons. This is why the Second Vatican Council invented a new mass and implemented the process to destroy the papacy called collegiality. This is why the Traditional Latin Mass is hated and needs to be completely suppressed.

Anyone that persecuted the Latin Mass is an infiltrator of our Church. I dont think they are innocent or well meaning. These people have an agenda, and behind closed doors they practice an upside down religion. I wrote an article about it. https://open.substack.com/pub/eliasmeraz/p/the-woke-church-part-ii?r=5gzf9z&utm_campaign=post&utm_medium=web&showWelcomeOnShare=true

I am not a member of the congregation at St. Ann's, but I have visited the Church when the Latin Mass was offered. I was struck by the large number of people in attendance and the age (many young families) of the congregants.

Reading your article about the first Latin Mass being offered at the new chapel, I could not help but feel sad. It is obvious Bishop Martin has a very clear agenda - i.e. to dismantle and destroy any vestige of traditional Catholic liturgy. The Latin Mass dates back to the 16th century. It offers a reverent, beautiful, sacred experience and there is no reason it cannot be celebrated and appreciated by those Catholics who benefit from it.

Bishop Martin took advantage of a vulnerable population who apparently think they have to fall in line because of his dictates. My fervent hope is that some will rise up, engage in righteous action and, if need be, disobey this reprehensible prohibition. A good shepherd cares for his sheep. But Bishop Martin is not a good shepherd and the "sheep" in this instance need to question his authority and act accordingly.

Sarah I am curious, have you heard of or had any experience with The Way?

It’s an offshoot (for lack of a better explanation) of the Catholic Church. They do their own masses, make their own bread for communion, have their own music and strive to re-create the original traditional Catholic mass. all of it can only be done with an actual Catholic priest. of course, that’s only a small part of it. it requires a great deal of member involvement and commitment. I belonged to it over seven years ago when I lived in Maryland. And I miss it.

Sorry, I meant to just copy and paste your part which spoke about no organ and the a capella singing, Sarah. But I can't seem to edit the earlier part out.

My apologies.

My favorite lady... I grew up going to Catholic school. We had to go to Mass (of course) early Mass was in latin... I hated it. I speak English... I'm pretty sure Jesus spoke the language of His people. And the Priest faced away from us...

As a side; I've been to "recovery Masse's" the Priest would hand out the readings (not the Gospel) and after every reading People would comment on how it fit in their lives... And for the consicration He would invite everyone up to the alter... So beautiful. It's my thought that ALL Mass's should be that way... Anyway... Love You. Be well... Keep up the fight for the truth. God bless You ❤️
